What currency does the store accept?

What is VAT?

VAT is short for Value Added Tax. We are mandated by law to apply 20% VAT on all audio downloads. VAT only applies to countries that form part of the European Union. If you live outside the European Union, then you do not have to pay VAT. When you check out, the store will automatically add VAT if applicable.

How are the audio files delivered?

Upon payment you will receive a confirmation email that includes a download link. 

In which format are the audio files delivered?

All audio files are in mp3 format. They are zipped together. So you will receive your audio files in a zipped format and you will have to unzip them before you can play them.

How do I unzip my audio download?

What payment methods do you accept?

We mainly accept paypal. However, if you do not have a paypal account, you can also pay with credit card. When checking out just click on the link "Pay with Credit Card." If you prefer paying with bank-to-bank wire transfer, Western Union or any other way, please contact us. We will be happy to help you.

I paid, but I did not receive my order?

If you place an order but you do not click on "Finish Order and Continue to Store" then it can happen that the status of your order indicates "Pending Payment" and in this case you will not receive your order. If this happens to you, please contact us and we will sort it out right away for you. So to ensure that you receive your order with the active download links included, please make sure that you click on the "Finish Order and Continue to Store" button at the end of checkout.

How much time do I have to download my purchase?

You have 30 days or five attempts to download your audio purchase. After that time, the link will expire. So please be sure to download and save your files during that time.

Can I copy my audio files and share with my friends?

Please do not copy, distribute or duplicate our audio files. They are for your personal use only. Thank you. It is your integrity that gives us the means to create this World's Greatest Integrated Ascended Master Audio Library.

Do you offer an affiliation program?

Not yet, however, we plan to start one up in the very near future.

Are the audio files also available in CD format?

No, all audio files in this store are currently only available in mp3 download format.

How do I use a coupon to purchase a set?

If you want to take advantage of our set specials, please do the following: place all files that are part of the special into your cart and proceed to check out. At the check-out-page you will see a little box that says "Redeem a Coupon: To apply a coupon code to this order, please enter the code below."
