This meditation is a really good one to do each evening at the end of your day, for it will give you an opportunity to review some of the moments of the day just passed showing you which lessons you have learned and which ones you did not. As you correct all the day’s lessons in your mind, you cleanse and clear away all negativity from your consciousness and properly finish off each day, instead of allowing unresolved issues to accumulate and drag on.
